How can I get Family Feud Online Party to connect?

Everytime I open up Family Feud Online Party it keeps coming up with the same message "Connecting now...". I've tried everything from uninstalling it to reinstalling it, turned off my fire wall and nothing seems to work. Please help! I know there was a similar question but the only person that replied said what I have already done. Thanks in advance. Also I wanted to point out that I currently have this game on my mothers computer and it works fine and it is still with the internet.
