Should the Archbisop of Canterbury be charged with incitement to religious hatred?

Following the uproar at the Archbishop of Canterbury's speech advocating sharia law should run alongside our existing law, should he now be charged with stirring up religious hatred? Extract from wikipedia: The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom (citation 2006 c. 1) which creates an offence of inciting (or 'stirring up') hatred against a person on the grounds of their religion.

11. i don't think he called for any hate just voiced an opinion about muslims and uk law. the hate has come from the response to his speech. check out the newest edition bbc radio 4's question time for some sane reponses to his comments
