Why is that only black africans have been endowed for centuries despite the oncoming of civilization uproars?

aroudn them, been superior in terms of knowing what life is rlly about? we blacks dont try to complicate life with business and makeup. we know that we are animals. and we walk naked, do dancing together, and act uncivilized in africa. and even some african breed americans living in america have this urge in them. i am proud that blacks on busses can scream at anyone who disrespects them. we are above the rest in this sense.
