What political reasons do the Iranians have for voting against Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in their recent election?
With all the recent uproar the press is covering about the voting results in Iran, I haven't heard why the Iranian citizens opposed to Ahmadinejad want him replaced. Thanks for any insight on this.

- Ahmadinejad is very popular. he's seen as a very strong leader
- Stagnant economy. Political repression. Diplomatic isolation. Watching Iraq prosper while they stagnate
- The main reason of the protest is that they have rigged the votes and there are so many facts that show this has happened!! So we only want our votes back and a re-election to take place.
- Let's see......Ahmanutjob rules Iran like a Tyrant, he rigged the election, and he denies that the holocaust ever happened. Iran's economy isn't gaining anything and their ties with the United Nations are shot due to his efforts to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons. What's not to like?
