How come there is not more of an uproar abouts Cheney's indictments?

Vice President Cheney was indicted by a federal Grand Jury for war crimes it is public record. Why is there not more of a stink being raised about it. I mean people it is your country too, don't you pay any attention to current events. Or do you just want to follow some hick president thant does not know how to pronounce the word nuclear.
