How do you Get to Flopside from flipside in Mario Paper Wii?

I went on a website and it mentioned "Flopside". Is this on another type of game? Is it for the Wii? If you know what it is, please tell me how to get there.

1. This is in Super Paper Mario and it is the mirror image of Flipside. By entering the mirror hall, you enter Flopside. You get to that hall by going to Flipside 1st floor, blowing up the cracked wall with Boomer, going to find the space rift, using Fleep to fleep up the space rift and become a ! block. Hit it and create a path that you can flip to follow. Also, when you flip in Flopside, it is called "flopping" and it turns to the left instead of the right as in everywhere else. Note: You CANNOT access Flopside until after the 4th chapter of the game.
