Was there uproar when the US backed Iraqi government granted Saddam habeus corpus?
There's all this talk about what a horrible thing it would be for terrorists to get a day in court. Were the same that are upset mad about Saddam's trial?

- it is ridiculous to hold anyone forever. If they are guilty, get them to court. Put them on trial, and sentence them. If they are not guilty, turn them loose. It really is that simple.
