How do you exit a level you previously passed in Super Paper Mario for the Nintendo Wii?

I went back into the first chapter levels after I already beat up to the 2nd chapter & got the 3rd heart. How do I get out of the first chapter & get back to the flipside without having to beat all of the levels again? Please help, there has to be a way to do it. Maybe i'm just retarded & don't see it, I don't know.. Help...
